Shipping

• UK Delivery: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days if placed before 1pm Monday - Friday. (Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will produce longer delivery times, this only applies to UK orders.)

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout.

• Packaging: All bottles are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.

Returns

• As our products contain alcohol, we can only accept returns if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty.

• To be eligible, items must be unopened, in it's original packaging and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

• Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

• If your product is damaged or faulty, we will replace it free of charge.
